Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your Desert Queen Candle. However, in the event that you need to return you candle, please email nicky@desertqueencandles.com within 14 days of receipt. 
We are only able to offer refunds on unused products.
If your candle has arrived damaged, please do let us know as soon as possible by emailing nicky@desertqueencandles.com to organise a replacement item.
