What is our postage policy?
We use sustainable options including recycled or upcycled packaging where we can to reduce our environmental impact.
We post second class delivery as standard with Royal Mail, which means your package will take up to working four days.
We only charge a one-off posting fee – meaning if you buy 10 candles, the postage will be the same price as if you buy one.
We recognise that sometimes things go missing. If this happens to you, please get in touch with nicky@desertqueencandles.com and we will send you out a replacement straightaway.
